1. License grant
Purchasing LOOKUP grants you a personal, non-transferable license. Each license may be activated on up to 3 devices that you own.
2. Restrictions
You may not resell, rent, lend, or distribute the software or your license key; share your key publicly; reverse-engineer the software; or use it to build a competing product. Licenses violating these terms may be revoked without refund.
3. Updates
All feature and fix updates are free for 1 year after purchase. Installed versions keep working forever afterwards.
4. Refunds
Full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. The associated license key is revoked upon refund.
5. Disclaimer
LOOKUP is a healthy-habits aid, not medical advice, and is no substitute for professional care. The software is provided "as is"; to the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be announced on the website. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
